When a flight assigned to a mission is airborne it resets some of the mission settings. In the save I have a AAW mission called CAP 1. The settings for weapon state is Winchester. A flight of F-35A is preparering to launch. When they do the weapon state option for CAP 1 is reset to loadout. Ive seen this for other settings to, Refueling Yes/No for example

This also happens if you press: Reset affected units, on the mission editor/general page
