new player seeking first human opponent

Having played against the AI, I think I am now ready to try against a human opponent. While I'm new to Warplan, I have a lot of experience in other WW2 games.
I would prefer the regular 1939 scenario, with the latest updates that fix the Soviet defense ratings https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 0&t=403397 . I would prefer house rules: no DOWs in 1939, as that seems too soon to take the game off the rails, and no invasions of North America. Also diplomacy off.
Allied side would be my preference, or I could possibly do a pair of mirror games.
I may not play very quickly, I have some challenges in my life. Early when there is not a lot happening, or in the winter, I can probably do a turn a day, but later might slow down to more like 2-3 days per turn.
