When the United States withdraws from the war, it gives up every single Pacific territory except for two: the Aleutians and American Samoa. Sure, the Aleutians makes sense, but having the US retain American Samoa when it gives up Guam, Hawaii, Midway, Wake, and others makes less sense.

I'm not sure how this would work post-war, and I think it should be fixed.
