RAR Unfrozing conditions for Voronezh front

Dears,

Playing June 13th version.
Voronezh front units are marked as frozen for four turns.

They randomly unfreeze on turn two.

Are there some unfreezing conditions which I am missing?

If within 2 hexes of an unfrozen enemy unit, they will unfreeze. Usually you will see rolling unfreezing going on down the line because of this.

Found it in 21.7. Will check better next time. Old habits should come back.
