That you would have to do in the ini file.

Yes, there is one line for that.
RecentlyOpened = C:\Matrix Games\Command Modern Operations\Scenarios\Test4.scen

OK I now know how but a simple question. If you can't delete it from within the game the list will only grow!

No. Its limited to ten or so.
