1436 Radar Lock When Firing Harpoon Missiles

Is there any reason F18E's would have to turn on and keep their radar on after firing Harpoon II missiles at a surface ship? I don't remember that happening before, but thought I'd better ask before I post in the tech forum.

Can't think of any reason related to the Harpoon launch, but perhaps they've kept the radar on for another reason. Probably best to share a pre-launch save at Tech Support.
