Hello,
i just bought "War in the pacific Admiral edition" bcause it is detailed an complex. What about War in the pacific Strategic command? its compare to WIP?

I own both and there are a lot of contrasts. This game is far simpler and less involved but plays a lot faster and is quicker to learn. Some prime examples are that SC:WitP doesn't track factors like oil use, pilot training, dock space or model the individual ship, aircraft or weapon types and thousands of base locations. However, a campaign game can be played out in a few days, and it doesn't take a week just to input the opening moves. With Admiral's Edition's intricate detail and slower pace, a game can take months, and the AI needs a lot of "cheats" to help it manage the meticulous nuts and bolts of the game's mechanics. For games against a human player, you'll need somebody willing to "go the distance" as some AARs have gone on for years. As far as I can tell the AI in this game doesn't cheat. At least not that I've seen.
Depends on what you want. A very faithful game on the Pacific War but which has a quite steep learning curve and requires a major time investment to play. Or something simpler and breezier but skims over much of the logistical, tactical and economic detail.
