Experiencing some odd build behavior with the AI choosing to field massive divisions of scout cars instead of the armor they were previously using against me...

Included saves... Might be related to the Shield meta bug.

The AI personalities have some randomization to their preferences to assure each ai's behaviour is different. Also this might be due to the AI having shortages of some item making the Buggy more interesting choice for it.
