[FIXED][1436 CIV] Unimplemented method involving WRA

This exact, specific fault has been cropping up over and over and over, and I think it's causing issues of some type but I'm not sure what. Try Spratly Spat (as task force) or Old Grudges Never Die (as Russia), both reliably produced this error very, very quickly. I'm refraining from uploading them since I'm pretty sure uploading paid DLC would be frowned upon, and my copies are unedited. My impression is that this is something related to the Radar - Unspecified bug that's been popping up in the past, since ARMs have also been acting very finicky recently.

Tried to reproduce this in the current dev build without success; this strongly suggests that it has been fixed as part of other changes. Please confirm once the next update is available.

Okay, so i found out what causes the problem. Again, I won't be posting the save unless you tell me to explicitly, but set the neutral traffic (AIS connected) in Spratly Spat to be friendly to either force (and vice versa), then set them to Omniscient. This reliably creates the exception. Setting the player force as Omniscient also causes the same exception.

Feel free to post saves from DLC scenarios, they retain their license-lock so they are still useless to someone who doesn't have the proper license.
