[1436 CIV] THAAD ABM error

Just before the THAAD missile hits the enemy ballistic missile, the missile's path changes, preventing it from intercepting the missile. It seems as if the THAAD is avoiding the enemy ballistic missile. In the accompanying scenario, such a problem occurs with the THAAD deployment in Guam.

Thank you! Due to an error, two threads were posted, so I deleted one, but it turns out the one I deleted had an attachment. Thanks for noticing and checking it!
