[v1.26i]Delegated mines (very low priority)

Just FYI,
It appears that the level of delegated mines, oil fields, etc... is not displayed in the Mining Overview. Below is an example of a metal mine at Level I, but shown as '-' in the overview. Elsewhere in the same scenario, I have a delegated oil field with the same issue.
