Trying to reproduce the Soviet invasion of Manchuria in 1945, I spent the game creating tank corps and infantry army. I even invest in an airborne corps even if the scale is not right.

The plan is simple. Copy what was done even if Mongolia is an issue since cannot be crossed right away in the game. You need to wait one turn. And this is too late since the game is already ending.

August 1945, the invasion has started with the Transbaikal front and the 2nd Far Eastern front attacking...

The next turn, my Japanese opponent did start to retreat.

But, it was too late. The Red Army manages to create a nice pocket. A tank corps is heading to
Port Arthur. But nothing coming from Mongolia due to the game mechanics.

Quite satisfy with the reproduction result. But unable to complete it, end game is coming too quickly.
