Reproduction steps: open attached scenario and try upgrading to DB 508.

Interestingly, the facility with the same DBID is actually present in the DB508, but it's labeled "Junkyard" and doesn't show up in search results.

This happens for a number of other PRC assets as well, but I'm assuming it's the same bug.

The problem here is that the DF-ZF facility is deprecated in the new DB version, which was causing the migration-check code to consider it as invalid.

Fixed for the next update release.
