This is an interesting one, I always thought units had to be reasonably close to a depot to get replacements.
However this division converted from Cavalry to Armor last turn, at which time it had no tanks.
It is about 8 hexes from the nearest depot, in the swamps, and yet has managed to acquire 12 Panzers, though 3 of them did get damaged during delivery !
