1463 Strike Mission Bug flight leader and wingman mismatched in altitude during egress

Please see attached. I've seen this behavior before in 14XX strike missions, but not all the time.
The flight leader made the climb to 36000 ft at waypoint 7, but the wingman is still stuck on the deck.
