Hi folks me again, just been reading posts in the Korsun Pocket forum Re: manual and boxes etc, a quick question, is UV boxed or in a Jewel case? Just ordered a copy from Vortigern here in Oz. I'm curious on size of package, will it be easy to smuggle past the Missus when the postie delivers it?

Thanks goodwood. I was feeling a little down about being single. That really helped lift my spirits.

Can't say what package the distributor uses, but getting it by the missus is only the beginning. You'll need an excuse to explain your daily disappearances to the computer room required by your UV addiction.
It's a bad addiction

My better half and I had to come to terms about UV. On the weekends I'm really not allowed to play (unless she's asleep, or not in the house). One gets creative (she's in the shower - time for a quick turn). This leads to the occasional mistake (you've only got a few minutes), but feels very 'realistic'......
Ideally you find a better half with the same addiction - but you better have some savings built up in that case.....

I also had problems with the Wife but the job out of town solved that problem. Now every weeknight M-Th is UV night. Weekends, though, are for my mate.

Hey Goodwood,
I bought UV when it was first released and it came packaged in a nice DVD style case and I imagine they are still using this same packaging today although it could be different overseas.
So it is easy to slip past the missus as you can tell her that you just rented a movie

I think my good lady and I have an understanding... I downloaded some extra sounds from spooky's site - one in particular:
The general quarters intro, where some guy says " this is not a drill, general quarters..."
Whenever a UV turn starts it says this and she has taken to parroting "this is not a drill" herself.
I am not sure if she is taking the p1ss or its a subtle form of disapproval. I have fallen back on the male requirement that if you want an answer tell it straight - don't get crypto on me, and have decided she does it cause she loves the sound bite
By proxy of course, this means she loves me playing UV, she has said that she thinks I may be conducting a surreptitious affair with Herbie. I don't understand how she thinks this?: He's Australian!! (and of course he's a bloke - phew almost forgot to type that bit).

My wife spends a good portion of the evening on her computer (my old computer) reading and sending email to all of the lists she is on. So I usually have time for some activity on my computer during the week. A bit different on the weekends - sometimes better (like when she takes the kid and goes to the pool for 3 or 4 hours) and sometimes not (when she wants us to do something as a family).
