In the attached mission, you will find that the USSR has launched a number of missiles from submarines and sent them down to depth after launching them. When the subs went out of comms, the missiles disappeared even though they are being guided by the airborne Tu-95 (comms links visible via God's Eye).

Hi kahta, thanks for highlighting this issue.
A fix was commit and it will be part of the next update release
