[FIXED] 1463/1468 - Gameplay Freezes, possibly due to Strike Msns

On a scen I'm testing, I've found that the game will freeze at periodic intervals. Sometimes, the sim will restart after a minute or so of real life time, but other times it will permanently freeze and require the CMO process to be ended via Task Manager. I've done some testing to attempt to find the root cause of the issue and I believe that it's Strike Msns that may be causing the issue. When I delete these, the game appears to run more smoothly.

I've provided a couple of attached scenarios that should freeze.

20240929 - 2030 - The Christmas Surprise, Part 1 (0.08) - PT: To reproduce, set game to Fire x1. Gameplay should instantly freeze but should then run after a real-life minute or so, until the approx 0136Z, then it'll freeze again (but again, will probably free itself). On x5 Speed, I find it'll also freeze, but around 0131Z.
20240929 - 2030 - The Christmas Surprise, Part 1 (0.08) - PT2: To reproduce, set sim to x5 Speed (or faster). Within a few minutes of real-life time, the game should freeze permanently.
Tested on both Builds 1463 and 1468.
My PC isn't state of the art but is also new and powerful enough that I wouldn't anticipate such freezes. The AU count is 1900-2000.
Specs:
Windows 11
i5-13600k
32GB of RAM
GTX 1080TI

There must be over 1000 airborne aircraft and missiles. I have an i9-13980 and its struggling with it. My experience is that scenario and the number of aircraft and missile activity would put most machines to their limits.

edit: I am watching P-core usage in different parts of the scenario. At one point there must have been around 100 ballistic missiles in the air, plus dozens of cruise missiles, plus all the air activity. I have never run a CMO scenario where more than 50% of the entire CPU was used. At this time in the scenario, the entire CPU is hitting almost 60%. 6-8 cores are maxing out.

The freeze has been fixed for the next release update.

The slowdowns are partially due to the scenario size and also due to some unusual hotspots. We'll see what we can do.
