Steel Inferno not up to date!

I purchase GG WITE2 and downloaded the upgrade for it to 1.04. I also purchased Steel Inferno for the game, and it downloaded as a 1.03.11. How is this possible? I paid 16$ for the game and can install it. I tried contacting Sitherlin but that didn't work. What should I do now?

I am using Steam so, no idea about that but recently someone seems to have had a
similar issue in this Thread (how it appears to me).

Go to "My Page" (two to the right of Store and 1 to the right of community. Log in, select your game, then download 1.04, then patch your 1.03.11. Piece of cake and news at 11

I don't understand What you're talking about? there is no update for the 1.03.11 steel inferno. You're talking about where I downloaded the main game in my games on my page.
