[1463] Flightplan generation rejected. Fuel calculation error? When tanking is disabled on sead strike

Disabling tanking for SEAD strike will not allow generation for a SEAD patrol ~100 miles away even though the aircraft strike radius is over 200 miles. Try loading the attached scenario and pressing "Create or update flights plans" for the sead strike in the mission editor. Moving the 2 patrol waypoint very close will generate the mission. Looks like a bug
