Game Stopping bug while Japan declares war to USA

After succesfully declaring war to USA, no matter whether USA gets 2 or 3 chits, at the end of the DoW phase the game stalls asking you to align some (undisclosed) country, there is no "green button" to go on and you cannot continue to play.
