Have city shields been nerfed recently? I seem to be taking a LOT more damage from nukes than I used to. I have been stacking 3 Divs of max strength shields (that's 30 max level shields) on a city and the nukes seem to blow through them with no problem. I used to get some level of protection from that many shields.

This is the first time I've seen anyone claim to have evidence that shields have ever offered any protection against asset damage. The only mentions of shields in the changelogs are related to personal shields, not shield generators.
