My last three games I have had this problem with supply from Aden and Abandon on the map. Ships transporting goods to these two port or coming from these ports get stuck in the brown area of the map, and those ships are lost for the war. Is there a fix for this?

I'd recommend posting on the official game support forum with your specific game version and screenshots. Devs usually track these kinds of movement glitches pretty quickly.
