Then for this issue, I'd guess you are running via Steam? As note that the Steam and standalone versions do not read from each other, so if you have the base game on Steam, then you need to redeem the free Steam key as usual and unlock the DLC over the base game

If you aren't running via Steam, then are you running the modern CMO base game too, not the older CMANO and trying to install in that old version?

I don't have the steam version. the last update was installed successfully from the installer. And upgrade to the version. 1.07 yesterday I failed.I've heard about the version with the CMO registry editor.Now I have version 1468. I run it through the launcher.
