In DWU, where do I find the setting to "change a theme"?

In DWU, where do I find the setting to "change a theme"?

I can't locate it anywhere. Can anyone tell me where it is?

It's right there on the main menu as 'change theme'.

I didn't get the main menu until just a few minutes ago. Needed DirectX. Sorry.
