Fall Weiss type units are used. There are units of the Waffen SS, Chetniks... You can form countries like Ukraine, Belarus and others. Larger map. Until Kenia. Campaign designed for human VS human. You have to install the campaign in Documents→My games→Strategic Command war in Europe→campaigns.
Game in english and Spanish.

i have error message "could not find directory...", i instaled campaign files in directories like others

I don't know why that happens to you, I'm playing with other people without problems, do you have the latest update of the game? 1.30.01?

Just in case you have placed it with the official campaigns (please don't) it needs to go here:

%HOMEPATH%\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - War in Europe\Campaigns

i have files in that lokalization:

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Strategic Command WWII War in Europe\Campaigns

i have 1.30.00 version of game ;\

That is where the official campaigns belong, but not mods. They will not work if placed there.

So move it to:
%HOMEPATH%\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - War in Europe\Campaigns
