[1493] Priority field in Operation Planner - invalid chars cause exception

Running the upcoming 1.07.1493 update.
The "priority" field in Operation Planner doesn't validate the entered value to enforce numbers only; by accident I hit and entered ++ (thinking that main CMO window has focus), this caused an exception in OP. Screenshot attached.
