Enemy Target Filter Selection is not working correctly

Version 1.2.6.7
I have the latest Shakturi DLC, and all prior DLCs as well

Under the Military menu, then Enemy Targets menu there is the ability to select various filters to show appropriate targets. I just had war declared, and the factions I’m at war with I’m unable to filter for using these filters. As shown in the attached picture, I’m at war with the Zafulos Hegemony and I’m trying to filter for their targets. What keeps being filtered is the Gizurean Nexus targets.

I have tried a number of game restarts, and computer reboots and am still seeing similar results, however it seems to present ships of yet another faction. I can however use the All War Targets filter, and see a number of mine, and research stations to target related to Zafulos Hegemony.

I’m also at war with another faction by the name of Boskara Conformity. When I filter for this faction, only one fleet appears in the list even though our empires borders touch, and they have number civilian ships in my territory.

The filter for Enemy Target appears to be bugged.

Thanks,
Bellrock

I have the same bug.
Also in character list non-spies shows only spies and other selection shows nothing.

Also in latest beta I had the selection to retrofit my spaceport to a small freighter. Btw. I loaded old saved ship designs for this playthrough.

I wanted to be beta tester but you didn't choose me. I had a lot of time btw.

This is a known issue that we're investigating.

Where did you read about this bug? This is the official forum. Where can read about this bug before this post?

Just hit this in 1.2.8.6 at the start of the Shakturi Axis war. Appears to be related to too many targets being available or possibly a buggy Shakturi object makes it shit the bed.

If you restart the game and under "Enemy Targets" filter for "<faction> - Bases" then try to change to a different factions filter, you'll get rubber-banded back.

Also, if you filter for "All Bases" its pretty much only Gizurean. If you then manually go to a "Kal Nattu Hive" spaceport and "Queue Attack" via the info card, it'll suddenly pop up in the list of "All Bases". If you sort the bases by name, scroll to where you would expect the station then manually "Queue Attack", you can see it slot into the list in "real time".

This bug has been an issue for me since the last DLC release. I have restarted, and played a number of games in hopes of enjoying the new DLC, but it's the similar issue each time. What faction gets filtered, or not filtered changes, and the issue appears to be present from the start of the game. The end result is the filtering user interface is bugged and not usable (at least for me anyway).
