Wrong pirates spaceport strength shown in Dangerous Locations

Platform: Steam
Build version: v1.2.6.7 + all DLCs
Severity: Low
Annoyance factor: Medium
Saved game:
The advisor suggests assigning 1st Fleet to investigate threats at Lenos 2.
So I go into Dangerous Locations to gather more info before deciding. It shows that the threat is a small spaceport from the Lost League pirate faction, which I’ve already seen, and still can see. Dangerous Locations report that is has a strength of 71, which is much less than when I’ve seen it earlier.
So the advisor suggestion would then make sense, since 1st Fleet strength is 293. But in fact, the spaceport’s strength is still what it was earlier: 871.
So not only is the info in Dangerous Locations wrong, by a long shot, but that advisor suggestions is also wrong. It’s very unlikely (in fact, almost impossible) that 1st Fleet would be able to destroy it.
If I had simply accepted the advisor suggestion, the fleet would have been damaged, some ships possibly destroyed, uselessly. At worst, if many pirate ships would be at the spaceport, the fleet might have been destroyed completely.
Not ideal.
Does the advisor uses the info from “Dangerous Locations” to evaluate if a fleet would be able to deal with a specific threat? (that would explain the bad advice)
As I wrote above, the spaceport was seen before. So if the “71” shown in “Dangerous Locations” isn’t a sort “programming typo” resulting in the “8” not being displayed, where does that “71” value come from?
As a player, I’d very much appreciate if Dangerous Locations wouldn’t “forget” what has been seen before. Even more that it wouldn’t display wrong information about something that is currently visible (the pirate spaceport).
