Ground units shown in pincushion mode?

Hello, I'm working on a new scenario and I noticed something odd happening.
First, when I was placing ground units, they seemed to be jumping to slightly different locations. Then, when I played the scenario, I noticed that the game was drawing pincushion lines for the ground units, as if they were floating above the ground. It's almost as if the game is drawing them at their altitude above sea level.
I was not sure if this was a problem with the scenario itself or the recent 1.07 releases or something else, so I thought I should report it. Thanks.
