I have discovered an incident where a satellite detected the LRASM missile. Specifically, the IR satellite (Jlilin MASAINT) detected the LRASM missile immediately after it was launched. Although it is stated that the missile was detected by an IR sensor, the fact that the missile was detected at an altitude of 540 km while flying in a skimming flight profile raises concerns. Notably, the same satellite did not detect other stealth aircraft or jets, which leads me to believe that this may have been an unintended error.
