[1.07 1487] Submarine Tutorial 1.3 Bug

Hi Everyone,
I have encountered a bug in Submarine Tutorial 1.3. After destroying the first target (surface vessel), then no more tutorial messages pop up anymore. If I speed up the time, the second hostile target (air) will just hover above my submarine until the end of the scenario. Please help. Thanks!
