I felt it is too OP under the latest built.

Testing scenario attached, change the aircraft you want to test mission into AAW, it will fly toward the testing area. Ground targets are vehicle size target in rugged Norway mountain, SA-13 and T-80s.

seems like any radar with "Late 80s technology, I band" (F-15E, F-18C, F-16CG) can detect ground target at the max range.
That seems a little bit exaggerate.

radar with "Late 80s technology, J band" (A-6E SWIP) can detect target at 60% range

At least for the F-16CG, I am pretty sure the APG-69 newer versions were built specifically to do precision ground mapping through SAR. Thats the whole point of the set. I also thought the entire purpose of the APG-82 on the F-15E was long-range ground target detection. But I'm not sure how that translates into the game.

My question is what do you think the detection range should be? Do you have any sources that would shed shed some light on it?

I also find it exaggerated.

But based on what? What should it be?

Capabilities seem okay based on SAR images from Gulf I from F-15E radar sets.

The ground radar in CMO is able to classify submarines just by the radar image of its periscope.
