I would like to automatically calculate the number of AIM-120 series air-to-air missiles consumed at regular intervals using Lua. How can I implement this code? And if I were to add other weapon models, how would I go about implementing that?

You can check the Losses & Expenditures but besides that, the functionality is reserved for Command PE, sorry.
