I invaded a planet and somehow ships escaped, that were still building or something similar.
Same happened with ships from myself that ended up fleeing in the fight after I won the invasion.

Now as my own ships were in the queue, I was able to build a space port, move that to the front of the queue, then cancel my ships orders, so they are in far-away space in "disabled" state instead of "repairing", but I cant do the same with the AI ships.
