For the NATO counters a lot of players have adapted the "SIPRES" mod from SC World at War. Although not specifically designed as a mod for this game it seems to work. I can't say I've heard of any map mods in the works, but the bleached map from the Iron Cross mod in World at War would probably function.

The Naval War mod from SC World at War seems to work fine too.
