Going back in time (scenario editor)

Hello all,
Reasonably new to Command MO(PE) so hoping to tap into some of the experience on this forum.

Ive been building a scenario with numerous air missions (patrol/ferry/support), that bit has been working out ok. After building a mission in the editor I save the scenario and the start the timer to see if it has worked in the way i intended. I then reload the scenario and carry on with building the next mission etc.

Unfortunately on a couple of occasions I have mistakenly saved the scenario after running a test of the mission which has then moved the time stamp along. I can’t for the life of me find a way of “reversing time” after testing a mission. Even if I move the current time the aircraft that should be in base will still be airborne.

Am I missing something, I’ve undone quite a bit of work on a couple of occasions. I was hoping you could run the scenario, and then drag the time backwards and tweak as necessary?

Appreciate any pointers.

There is no giant undo button. There is autosave. Make sure its on. From the autosave you can go back a few times slices. I have the habit of never working on my clean version of a scenario. When I start a scenario, I make sure to save after a certain point. I have 20 versions of my benchmark scenario just for this reason.
