Buffer Overflow in Launcher.exe

Just purchased C:MO and I get a crash and buffer overflow warning from Win 10. The launcher.exe will work normally the first time I reboot the computer, but any subsequent executions, it will return the error.
CMO will work normally if I skip the steam launch and run command.exe from file explorer.
Win 10
AMD 7900X
RADEON 7900XTX
32GB RAM

Ran steam game files validation. All files were verified o.k.
