Europe 1939 Scenario for WPP

I have finished the Europe 1939 Scenario for WPP. With the advanced rules of WPP they make the scenario very interesting.
I have had to make changes to balance it, and right now I am testing it with a forum colleague. As soon as we see that everything works correctly I will publish it on the WPP forum.
These are the changes of the mod:
Events
* Kursk factory transfer event: The resource is changed to a major city
* Voronezh factory transfer event: The resource is changed to a major city
* 3 +120 MP events for Germany have been removed
* 4 +3 economic index events for Germany have been removed
Units
* Naval units -1STR
* The number of BB, CA, DD, CV naval units increases by 100%. And their performance is reduced to 50%. For example, if UK starts with 6 BB and 1 BB in the production queue, in that scenario it starts with 12 BB, and 2 BB in the production queue. This rule is not 100% fulfilled, France has a CV, the USSR has several patrol groups...
* Submarines keep their surface and defense strength, so that it does not affect the attack of convoys. The anti-submarine factor of the rest of the naval units is maintained.
* Escorts cost 30PP, before 40PP.
* New units Light Aircraft Carriers, and Patrol Group
* Russian mechanized and battleships start with 6 movement.
* Surface naval units stack 6
* Submarine stack 4
* Up to 12 escorts can defend convoy lines
Other
* Weather worsened in zones 9 and 10.
* Ports upgradable:
France: Lorient, St Malo, Calais, Le Havre, La Rochelle.
Africa: Safi, Rabat, Suez, Haifa, Tripoli.
* US receives 5 PP from South America
* New beach at 146.38 (Marseille)
* Leningrad and Volkhov hexes are Ports, to simulate "Ice road of life". If USSR loses Volkhou, or Kabozha the ports of Leningrad and Volkhov respectively, stop supplying.
* All cities have names on the map.
