We have a new update out - 1.04.01. Have you tried this latest update? Have you noticed Yugoslav generals appearing in command of Stavka on this new version?

You can see details on the update here: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 6&t=406013

Yes, while not ideal, it's possible in game. There are a handful of Yugoslav and Bulgarian generals in the database as Soviet leaders as the system only has one nationality on the Soviet side. So you may see a few make it into Soviet units. Likely a shortage of not utilized High Command leaders is what got Gosnjak into command of Stavka.

One of us devs should test with a modified Vistula to investigate if we can disable these leaders by attaching them to 250-delayed HQ or to HQs delayed to 1 turn before scenario end.
If that is really workign this should be confirmed with GC44.

If that does not work Event editor would need an option to make leaders available - modify the start date - so we could set them dormant in generic data.

I just made a short test with Vistula and it seems to workwith both options - 200 delay or last turn arrival. in both cases HQs were locked to Far Eastern TB
