Undermining efforts to maintain overages in Theater Boxes...

Why does the game engine keep undermining my efforts to maintain a commitment overage in the Western Theater Box?

The game keeps transferring divisions out of the Western Theater Box to the Map only to force me to wait a turn to send them back and then also wait out the transfer delay.

This undermines my efforts to maintain an overage in that box to force events backwards and gain victory and administration points.

I'm doing just fine on the map and really am getting annoyed at Big Brother taking charge and undoing my efforts.

How can I put a stop to this?

Those were probably historic transfers.
There's a game option to take full control of theathers but i don't know if that can be retroactivly enabled or requires a new game.

I have the option for Enhanced Control enabled, but it appears even Enhanced control is not Complete control.

I'll just keep sending them back and cursing the scenario designer for forcing it on me.

You need to cancel the transfers for each individual unit.

Thank you.

I found where I can look ahead in the reinforcement/withdrawal list and cancel the ones I don't want to happen.

Yes, TB will implement the scheduled transfers, I key, I think.

Or, maybe there are traitors in the ranks. Historian Mark Felton of YouTube said Himmler was constantly putting out feelers to the Western allies. Although I am not sure he is the type of man you want to make enemies with as a lowly Wehrmacht General Staff officer. It's like chose die now or die later (later is always the better option).
