Build 1500 Temperature Datablock 10 degrees cooler than set Temperature

Hi All
See screenshot. The datablock temperature doesn't match the set temperature. Tried running to see it was a next cycle thing and it wasn't. Not sure this is a huge deal with the exception of contrails.

If I remember correctly the setting is on a specific N/S and changes when you go more North or South in the game. Although just checking this is only working on the Northern hemisphre, stayed the same on the southern.

It seems that temperatures have a day night cycle but have no dependence on latitude. To me it looks like day temperature is 10 °C above average, twilight zones have average temperature and night zones are 10 °C below average temperature.
If you want to have reasonable temperatures, you should find a reasonable average temperature for your theatre area.

Bingo. A 20 degC day-night temperature variation is possible in some climates, but not common.
Go pull open the code for the A2A BVR duels (might need the latest one from the download section, its any version with "Debug Mode 4"). I made a table of average temperatures in June and December by latitude based on some climate data from Wikipedia. I also coded a correction for the day-night cycle so that the FINAL temperature in the battle space being played is reasonable for the time of day, time of year, latitude, and weather. Sometimes, that means setting an unlikely average temperature. One that does not make sense outside of the play area.
