When checking detailed combat results i found values that didnt make sense. Previous value was 16, next line was HQ +58% and the result was 12,7, when the result mathematically should have been 25,3. I realized the attack startup penalty was calculated but not included in the UI. Including the penalty the calculation is correct and as it should be. The attack startup penalty is missing in the UI for every unit when it is attacking. When they are counterattacked the attackstartup penalty is displayed.
