I have the national pride feat which gives +40% morale bonus.
My troops have a
high stable morale = 152
base morale = 131
Morale after maximization = 100
There seems to be a maximum morale of 100 because even by increasing the soldiers' salary, it does not change.
Which makes rallying flag (+60% moral bonus) totally ineffective and therefore the heart profile uninteresting.
Is there another way than the glorious war (fist) stratagem to exceed the maximum morale, if it does?
