Armored Brigade II - Update v1.578

Hello Cold War combat fans. Armored Brigade II has gotten it's first update since release.
v1.578 brings you several fixes to visuals and a particular crash that occurred when you selected a Fuchs APC. Polish infantry also received improved textures, and you can now add custom infantry files to the database graphics folder.

Fix: Crash when a Fuchs APC was selected.
Fix: Running fire helicopters did not turn back if they were flying off-map.
Fix: The US infantry blood was black.
[database] Polish infantry and improved infantry textures.
[engine] Allow custom infantry files in the database graphics folder.
[ui] Add an option for using the 'C' key instead of the middle mouse button for the camera pan.
