Hi,
My game keeps crashing on the AI air phase - when i try to reload the autosave it instantly crashes again... i attached the savefile. Is there a solution to this?

I ran your save and had it crash on me about 65% of the time (at 51% and at 75% through the execution phase). Can you try again and let me know what percentage is showing at the top of the screen when it crashes for you? Thanks for the save, I hope it will crash for Pavel so he can duplicate the problem. Since it didn't crash every time for me, you might try a few more times in case it gets past the problem.

Pavel looked at this and found that the cause of the crash is that the Baltic Naval Patrol Air Directive has a faulty waypoint setup (it doesn't start from the stage base). He has made a fix so this won't happen in the future, but he said you will need to adjust the AD yourself. That would entail reloading your prior turn save and fixing the Air Directive. As an alternative, I took your save and was able to make the change in the editor and save it off in the German turn. I don't know that the process I went through is 100% safe. I've emailed Pavel to find out. If it turns out to be safe, I'll upload that file here so you can continue with it. Do you know how you ended up with the Naval Patrol AD with a start hex that is not on an airbase hex?

Since this didn't crash all the time for me and Pavel, Pavel suggests you try running it through a few times and if you make it to the next turn, just change the air directive. If it always crashes for you, you'll have to go back a turn.

Thank you for the quick feedback - I will try load the save file again tonight (I'm afk during the day). I do not remember exactly how I set the AD up without an airport but I remember moving around the hex target box a bit - I just assumed it would airport from leningrad area.

Ok, makes sense, thank you. I'll revert back when I test this tonight.

I tried to load the save maybe 20-25 times but did not get past the air phase (mine crash at 0% execution phase) - do you have any specific settings i might change? Otherwise ill go back a turn. Thank you.

No unfortunately I don't. Until I speak with Pavel I'm not entirely sure what kind of fix he was able to make. The screenshot shows what your AD looked like in your save. If you ever see it set up this way and can identify what you might have done, please let us know. You mentioned moving the target box so maybe something glitched when you were resetting it.
