New scenario for testing: Lightning, 1960

Hey everyone, I've got another small scenario for you all. It's based on the possible Venezuelan retaliation for the attempted assassination of President Betancourt in 1960 described in this article: https://favclubven.wordpress.com/2024/0 ... relampago/
The scenario has two variants, one with Venezuelan Canberra's, and another one with B-25's instead.
Lightning, 1960
At 9:20 on 24 June 1960, a car bomb exploded in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. The target of the attack was Venezuelan President Rómulo Betancourt.
Although he was badly burned by the attack, President Betancourt survived, but two others did not. An investigation proved what was suspected by many, the assassination attempt was the work of Dominican dictator Rafael Leónidas Trujillo, a fierce opponent of Betancourt.
5 Days after the attack, President Betancourt ordered the Venezuelan armed forces to prepare a retaliatory attack against the Dominican Republic in the event diplomatic actions failed.
After getting tired of Venezuelan efforts in the OAS getting nowhere, President Betancourt gave the order for the Venezuelan air force to launch Operation Lightning.
