Payment processing failure 510
OK.I ain't gettin any younger but my credit card works everywhere else when shopping online.
The sale is on, excellent. and I have a Anniversary coupon, I am one luck old guy, but wait I cannot purchase any games so I cannot use and have never used this latest Anniversary coupon.
I contacted the help desk but the problem is unresolved.
And I tried another card same result.

Sounds like a super frustrating payment issue. Since you've already tried multiple cards and contacted support, I'd suggest checking with your bank about any transaction blocks, trying an alternative payment method like PayPal, or escalating to their billing department.

Hope you get this sorted and can grab those games soon during the sale!

It can be something as simple as the card not being allowed to be used in another country if that is applicable. I have had that happen.

Reactivated my old PayPal account and bought the items. Then later after game install I returned to download the latest patch, at the home page I noticed my shopping cart had two items. These transpired to be games from my previous purchase from late 2022.
These were invisible to me prior to my latest purchase however this must have been the cause of my problem.

the same thing just happened to me. not sure about the exact message but i did see something flash about my bank not accepting payment.. strange b/c I have bought here b4 with the same card. so i decided to buy at steam sale (CM/normandy and Market Garden dlc).
