Has anyone ever seen weapons fire from planetary ion cannons? I can’t say that I have and so I am wondering if the planetary ion cannon actually fires or not…

Another query: could this be changed to a phaser or superphaser planetary weapon? Been testing but I still do not see any weapons fire either. Am I missing some trigger to make it work?

And here’s another query: I can’t seem to have space stations fire their weapons at enemy ships, unless friendly ships open fire. Curious.

I have never seen the planetary Ion Cannons to fire against enemy ships too.

the space stations usually fire after having been shoot by enemies ships or after defending ships begin to fire against the enemies.
