Special Elite flags for modding

Would be nice if we could get additional "Elite Flags". Using +15 as Elite is just over the top in most cases.
Axis can normally use GUARDS I guess and Soviets can use AL-Elite, but it still feels weird using it this way.
Maybe
-5(Mobilized)
+5(Trained)
+10(Experienced)
...as generic flags would be alright already.
